Boardwalk/Sundeck Option
We have used a portion of the 2023 assessment to complete repair of lobby, sandblasting/repainting of the garage columns, replaster of pool and some landscaping. We are evaluating the best use of remaining assessment for boardwalk, beach access and remaining landscaping.
The walkway to the beach will be redone with new material, a gate that will be accessible with the pool key fob, and easier to navigate elevations . There will also be a walkway that connects the beach access to our bathroom.
The board is requesting your feedback on the area that will be between the beach access and the pool.
The images to the right represent the following options:
OPTION 1
A standard 8 foot walkway that connects the beach access to the pool. The remaining area would be landscaped.
OPTION 2
A 13.2 foot wide sundeck. Lounge chairs would be considered in the future.
