Short Term Rental Registration

The Carolina Surf HOA requires annual registration with the Association if you will be renting your unit on a short-term basis for vacation rentals (on- or off-season; including “snow bird”).

The HOA will forward Occupant Rules & Guidelines and the updated Parking Policy to owners; it is the responsibility of the owner to ensure that their short-term guests (and/or management company) understand these items.
