Problems and Resolutions

All units have received their Certificate of Occupancy and moving forward, the HOA is not responsible for fixing issues internal to each unit.

However, we feel it would be a benefit to all owners if problems and resolutions were reported so that we can build a spreadsheet with this information. This will help the HOA assist unit owners by sharing information.

I would like to report an issue that has no resolution yet. Please get back to me with information from other owners that might assist me.

My issue has been resolved. I’d like to contribute to a spreadsheet to help other owners.
