Owner Stickers

Owner parking stickers are for vehicles owned by unit owners and their POAs only. All other non-owner family members will utilize the "Guest" parking hang tags (see below).

Guest Hang Tags

4 Guest parking passes will be initially distributed to every unit. Additional tags can be requested from the HOA at a fee of $15 per four tags. These tags should not be reproduced; only the original version printed by the HOA is acceptable.

If you are renting your unit short-term, renters should only be given 1 pass for your unit for the duration of their rental. Tags are re-usable, please retain them after use from your renter.

You can use a tag for cleaning people throughout the season. Simply write your CLEANING in the "check in date" blank and give it to them to keep and use each time they are at the building cleaning your unit.
