June Update — Carolina Surf

Homeowners,

Updates this month:

For those of you waiting on Smart Locks, we have been informed they will be available early July! We appreciate your patience in waiting on the lock that has been selected.
Our stairwell painting is complete and we are following up with the painter on a punch list next week.
We no longer need our water pump for under the building! The HOA will be selling the unit and depositing proceeds back into our account.
We have addressed elevator issues. Doors and Close times have been adjusted and the elevator buttons have been sprayed with dry lube. We anticipate this fixing our problems but will continue to monitor closely.
New furniture has been purchased for the pool, including chairs, tables and benches!

The Boardwalk to the beach will be redone. There is discussion as to provide steps to the beach over the dunes or to end the boardwalk at the dune. Which would you prefer?
