Closed Session held to decide next steps.
OLD BUSINESS
- No Grilling Sign. Installed 
- Trash sign has been ordered. Late delivery. 
- Reserve Study. Tabled right now. GO Properties will put on the portal. 
- Welcome Packet. On the website. Will work with GO Properties. 
- Parking Permit Status. Owner permits will come in January. Temporary permits have been ordered. 
- Electronic Lock Discussion - Island Lock and Key $480 per lock 
 This is only option. Each individual owner must do this through Island Lock and Key.- Glenn proposes that we allow this option to owners. Tracy seconds. Passed Unanamously. - Phil will draft a letter to home owners for opting in or out. 
- Logo Discussion and Vote - Table until Carmen is here. 
- Stormwater Discussion - Sounds like everything is moving along nicely. We do need an update from Carmen as to where the city is. Glenn will send email asking for update. 
NEW BUSINESS
- Owners have been sent a statement in the mail. Kim will confirm with Gabby. 
- Owners will receive a dues increase statement. 
- Pool Project Status - Phil says electrical is in the works. Glenn will ask for update from Carmen. 
- Warranty/Non warranty issues for sheet rock/shower/windows - Windows. Glenn will put out one last call for Window problems. 
- Discuss Rust on Garage Pilings and Paint Peeling on garage ceiling. - Glenn is talking with Mckinley 
- Discuss Balcony slider screens. - Also, this will go in last call. We will purchase and install. 
- Flashing repair to north tower - Anne reported. Phil didn’t see the issue. Table until we hear from Anne.
