Atlantic Telecom - we are paying for phone line. Carmen asked to have it implemented so we are getting what we are paying for. Anne asked if when the pool is down during the winter months are we still charged? Glenn says hold off until the pool comes on line.
Bonding and pump house with McGee and Pitt electric (Carmen)
Given partial deposit to McGee. We have full numbers on opening the pool.
Pool gate quote with key fob access- and possibility of keying this to a beach access gate once we have funds to redo our board walk (Carmen)
We have pricing on pool fob. Beach access can be same fob as the pool.

Pasqualina - front part of the building should be a phase 2. Windows have been caulked to eliminate leaking. We will fix the ones we need to. Anne’s is the only one we know about.
